Understanding Dry Eyes
Dry eye happens when there are not enough tears or the tears do not keep the eye surface adequately lubricated.
Common signs
- Burning, stinging or a gritty feeling
- Redness or light sensitivity
- Blurred vision
Assessment & care
An examination can assess the tear film and contributing factors. Care may include lubricating drops, changes to the environment or screen habits, and prescription treatments where appropriate.
Your eye specialist will recommend care based on your examination. Contact the clinic to confirm treatment availability.
